How to get in contact with Windsor Allied Health

Send us an email admin@windsoralliedhealth.com.au about the services you are seeking; we would love to hear from you. Please include details of the person requiring our services, their needs, and the best contact number for our team to contact you.

Alternatively, your GP can provide us with a referral letter outlining the required services, and a Mental Health Care Plan if you are seeking support with your mental health.

Once we have received your referral, our admin team will contact you. Your referral will be allocated to the most suitable practitioner to support your needs, and you will receive a confirmation email when your appointment has been scheduled. We kindly ask that you complete the client registration form provided in your confirmation email prior to your first appointment. Alternatively, you are welcome to complete a paper registration form upon arrival.
