Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Positive Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Specialising in Positive Psychology and Positive Behaviour Support, Katie is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements in their wellbeing and daily functioning. Her approach is strengths-based, person-centred, and tailored to support individuals with complex behavioural needs in a respectful and empowering way.
With a wealth of knowledge and practical experience, Katie works collaboratively with individuals, families, and support teams to develop behaviour support plans that enhance quality of life and promote independence.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys yoga and cherishes spending quality time with her beautiful family - her husband and three energetic boys who keep her on her toes.
