The main focus areas of the practice are to provide an assessment and intervention service for children struggling with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Specific Learning Disorders, and Motor Disorders), Disruptive Behaviour Disorders (Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder), Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders (Depression) and other emotional difficulties.
He completed a Masters Degree in Psychology, is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
A member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists, Charl has worked in both the government and private sector and has presented at University level, various workshops and an International Conference.
With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
Outside of work, Charl enjoys playing chess and spending time with his family.
