Cassie Lobley

Psychologist & Behaviour Support Specialist

Cassie is a registered psychologist currently completing the Clinical Psychologist Registrar Program. She has completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology through ISN, as well as Master’s degrees in Education and Science Research (Psychology), bringing a rich, interdisciplinary background to her role.

With over 20 years of experience as an inclusive educator, Cassie has worked across Queensland and Tasmania—including in remote Indigenous communities—and within all major education systems. Her strong educational foundation informs her compassionate, practical approach to supporting individuals and families.

Cassie is currently undertaking PhD research, where she is exploring trauma-informed education in secondary schools—a testament to her commitment to improving outcomes for young people through evidence-based practice.

Her professional interests include:

  • Neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Early childhood assessment and intervention
  • Comprehensive assessments across the lifespan

Cassie is deeply committed to promoting resilience, wellbeing, and empowerment in the individuals she supports.

As our NDIS Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner, Cassie works closely with children, young people, and their families across Tasmania. She collaborates with our Behaviour Support Team to assist individuals with complex needs in a variety of environments, including homes, schools, and community settings.

Outside of our work, Cassie loves spending time with her husband and two teenage children exploring Tassie her in vintage caravan with her golden cocker spaniel, Mabel, who is also an accredited therapy dog. She loves reading, cooking, entertaining and travel.
