As the founder of Australia’s ADHD Support Groups, Tara has played a pivotal role in creating accessible communities of support and understanding across the country. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in complementary, evidence-based techniques, helping clients uncover unhelpful behavioural patterns, shift negative perceptions, and achieve lasting, meaningful change.
Tara is known for her empathetic, enthusiastic, and goal-focused nature, and brings unwavering dedication to every client she supports. Her mission is to empower individuals to realise their full potential and live lives filled with purpose, connection, and personal growth.
When she’s not doing counselling Tara is working to make the practice a better place. You’ll also likely to find her learning to fly a plane, busy running her ADHD Support Groups and having adventures with her husband and two boys.
